Fading to Dust

by Gabriel   Mar 27, 2013

My soul slowly fades away,
because of my conscience that I didn't obey.
My spirit slowly draining,
regrettably fading.
Reduced to dust,
I should have trust
but did not because of my lust.
The wrongs committed are changing my brain!
Making a chain!
That holds me down!
Making me drown!
Fading to dust,
I must, I must
break free!
And cling on what's left of me!
Because deep down what's left is fading away!
Not tomorrow but today!
