Inside the silken sheets

Encased in the river
of honey,
she sighs --

it tickles her skin
like the sunlight against
her freckles

she enjoys the way
it brushes
against her ribcage,

against her hips --
fingertips that explore
lightly against her
softness

warm breath
against her neck,
inside the silken sheets

they caress one another
