you would think can't be broken,
wearing a precious charm around your neck
hands holding tight.
The connection between a Mother and a child.

    Dagmar, wonderfully written. It's a tenuous bond we have with our kids. It shouldn't break but unfortunately it does - my oldest didn't speak to me for almost 3 yrs- just about killed me. We now have an awesome relationship, but those were some dark days.

    The relationship between a mother and her child can be complicated and as you say you would think it wouldn't be broken but frequently for many reasons and sadly it does get broken.

    The bond between mother and child should not be broken but very often it is.
