The Irony of the Internet

You gotta love the Internet.

We have the Internet designed to
Provide us with all of the information that
the greatest minds that the world has ever seen,
At the convenience of our fingertips.

And yet we hardly use it for that,
But rather to search up
fail videos and memes.

And vague inspirational quotes
that can be applied in any given situation
but conveniently sound like they fit to
the moment at hand.

And to also partake
in the never-ending debate
that is really all about
if pineapple goes on pizza or not.

Or arguing about Android vs. iPhone.
(It's the same thing, really.)

Or to use this poem as an excuse to
Procrastinate on an assignment that is
Due tomo-
