Indigo

A swan was born
down by the riverside
indigo feathers, red garnet eyes,
children lifting their candles
celebrating the birth of a mystic bird.

Sounds beautiful. Swans are such fascinating and regal birds and can be quite scary when theres a lot of them up close but the black ones are rare and mystical. Best wishes Milly x
