A Good Man

A Good Man

From the Divine goodness that indwelled within, this man uttered words, that convicted many of sin, this, begs the question; where did this all begin? About twenty thousand years ago, a couple gazed at the thick low clouds, from which the Sun appeared as a soft glow.

The whole earth was their Aquarium, and, they loved having to do the work as Gardeners, it was wonderful, abundant fruit, and, veggies, the very friendly animals brushing up against their knees, they sang out loud; Life’s a breeze!

In the cool of the evening, a man like them would come, they always heard him walking in the Garden, when the heat of the Sun was done. He had shoulder length hair, beard, a stately looking nose, but, unlike them, he wore clothes. His attire was like that of a King, his voice was soft, and, mellow, they wondered, who was this mysterious fellow?

He said, that the whole creation was made for us, we were to populate the world, all was good, but, he added, do not eat of one special tree in the wood.

I guess by now you have figured it out, yes, the Bible’s account of Adam, and, Eve. They bore many children, who married each other, descendants, like us today, of one ancient Mother.

Sin was born early also, and, its darkness clings to everyone that has ever lived, even to today, is there any hope, you may say?
The old saying; A good man is hard to find, well, the Good News is; the truly *Good Man was born, a few thousand years ago, he is the same man, Adam, and, Eve’s friend from the Garden.

He promised them that all their sins he would pardon, he covered them both with the skins of slain animals, he told them that this act, represented his own personal sacrifice of himself upon the Cross, he would rise from the dead triumphant, while Satan, with his hordes, would suffer eternal loss.

*A man called Jesus “A Good Man”, Jesus answered; Why do you call me good, only God is Good! If the man had said after Jesus replied; You are a Good Man because you ARE God!
Jesus would have said; That’s right, I and, my Father are ONE!

Note: For some deep thinkers: When Mary became pregnant by the Holy Spirit of God, Jesus the Creator of Heaven, and, earth, was conceived in a woman that he himself had created, thus the Creator entered humanity through his own Creation! Unspeakable Love!
