November, what a bummer!

November, what a bummer!

Here comes the cold weather, now we all can sneeze together, boo who, I got the Flu, not funny, for the Shot I had no money. Bad enough when you sneeze, along come the icy winds breeze, the snot on your nose does freeze. Day Light Saving Time has fled, and you got more sleep in bed, late for work, boss calls you a jerk! Can you save some of that Day Light, maybe sell it at the local bar where many don't see too far?

Dark at six, the night creatures come out to try to pick up chicks, while the decent people hide, much mischief takes place outside. How I miss Summer, me and, the Bride cruising miles in my Hummer, yes, November is a bummer!

My dear Ken. Yes November can be cold but is also carries great beauty such as in Thanksgiving. Also my birthday is in November and I am greatful to still be here. The flu is no joke and last year I had a very bad reaction to the flu shot. In Germany we boil the beer and it works miracles. Hugs to you

Thanks Dag, I agree, November does have it's blessings also, when we took trips to upstate New York, the color of the trees took your breath away. The bratwurst served in the German Restaurants was heavenly! Our daughter was born on November 11, 1974. Sorry about your bad reaction to the Flu Shot, we are looking forward to Thanksgiving, our son and family will be coming. Hugs to you, Ken
