Night & Day - Colab. with Maple Tree

by Dark Lord   Dec 17, 2020

Pixies fluttering, in dark of night,
Moon beams cast, glittering light.

Casting their dust, down on the ground,
Flowers blooming, with bulbs so round.

Morning glory’s sleep, hush of night begins,
The mighty trees swaying, like majestic twins.

Branches to twigs, uniting as one,
Falling leaves, under the setting sun.

Dawn is born, blades of grass reminisce,
Secrets unfold, like a lovers secret kiss.

There's some really beautiful language used in this. The imagery and description throughout this is excellent. It has a really magical atmosphere surrounding it and the rhyming was effortless. The poem is brilliant, and it's one of the best collaborations I've seen.
