Scroll

by Golden AnGel Rhapsodist   Jan 25, 2021

At times that I feel so wasted, no one knows I mourned,
I am the empty sheet of paper nothing is on.

At times I felt that I am rejected no one knows I cried,
Because I silent the night, I shut off the lights.

At times I felt that I'm at risk, I crumbled in fear,
I don't open up to anyone my anxiety, my tears.

At times people  betrayed my trust, I am confused if who's true or not.

How hard for them to keep their word? The words they spit are the words they eat.

At times I'm  in a brutal distress and agony
I just set myself like a scroll,
.
.
.
Shrouded in mystery.

    Hello Gel,

    long time no read! lol

Though this is an emotional piece, I am loving the rhyme. As always, getting those thoughts down helps the feelings ground! x
