Mirrors

A swan cannot be alone.

A lonely swan is only a question mark.

Two swans are a heart in the pond,
two question marks
inverted,
facing each other
in water.

I love the simplicity of this piece which says so much when you look beneath the surface. The simple image of a single swan is used to capture the questioning search for meaning in both life and love. The picture of the pair shows the curiosity and wonder of new connections. The whole piece is then a mirror, with our own hopes and wishes clear to see.
