Who's to say they're right
when they were the ones
that left us here to fall

deeper and deeper
into the pits of hell;
a haven for shallow minds.

Borrow my profanity
to steal your innocence.
Take the good

from their evil lies.

    Whoops, I forgot to add something to my last comment.

    Change "society" to "society/religion."

    Is it just me, or do you agree with me that society is the worst thing that could've ever been created on this planet?

    I am very glad that someone else writes about things like this.

    It also brings great joy to me to know that someone else can see through humanity.

    I like the poem, I like how blunt the message is, even though it is not directly stated.

    Excellent work.

    I loved those lines a lot. You could write a book just on those lines!

    Good Writing,

    This poem left me with something to think about, you've said so much in so few words.
