Within My Soul

Tormented and sad...
remembering the love we had.

Lonely and lost...
remembering the sacred line you crossed.

Betrayed and defeated...
remembering the way I was treated.

Crushed and depressed...
knowing this is just a test.

Recovering and glad...
realizing change isn't so bad.

Anticipation and bliss...
feeling someone else's kiss.

Excited and flattered...
gathering the pieces that were scattered.

Reborn and whole...
finding happiness within my soul!

    I was not sure what word I wanted touse for this... so I peeked at the comments and I'm gonna steal Meena's word.... this was very rejuvenating!!

    I loved the flow of it..andhow it went from hopeless to hopeful....
