Every time we talk,
shivers running down my spine.
Every time we talk,
I wish that you were mine.

I dream about that day
To help soften up my cries
I dream about that day
Every time I close my eyes.

And in my heart I know
My feelings deep and true
And in my heart I know
Things I wish you knew.

Alone, I sit and write these words
And waste this time away
Alone, I sit and write these words
Too terrified to say.....

Every time we talk,
Pretending I'm just fine.

Wishing you were mine.
