Love to Hate

by DMG   Oct 9, 2004

Cupid's arrow with a poison tip
Strikes the eye that is watching blood drip.
A head severed, a body dead,
Just for love of the color red.
A soul escapes, another's trapped.
An angel dies who's wings once flapped.
Victorious Hell, Heaven weeps
As another body sleeps.
Too many tears and deaths each day.
Too many fears take lives away.
Too many people kill for fate.
Too many people love to hate.
