The Night you Left.

The night you looked at me
Your voice shaky and weak.
Looking at me with your pale face. While you lay on the bed.

My face covered in your bed sheets
Tears coming down my face.
"Don't leave me please don't leave me" I say to you.
Never realizing that I haven't told you how much I love you.

The Night you left.
You told me you loved me
I looked at you with my sad blue eyes.
Tears coming down my face.

"Don't cry my angel. I'm now going to a better place." You told me.

The Night you Left me
I haven't been able to keep your face out of my thoughts.
You run away my head.
The tears I cry
Are the tears that I will never lose.

I wish I could have told you
That I loved you, that night.
All I could was to shed tears.
And all I can do now is still shed tears.

You told me that
You're going to a better place.
But I never got a chance to say good bye
I didn't even get to say I love you that night.

The night you left
My life was ending
My life was crashing
And I was going no where.

I can only see
Your smile.
I can only hear
Your voice.
I can only feel
Your touch.

I just wished
I got to say
Good bye and I loved you
The night that you left me for good.
