God take me while i sleep

God, give me wings,
let me have the chance to fly with you tonight while i dream,
i want to wander through heaven a while,
to gather my thoughts and to sleep.
wait for me God, i want to come too
grab my hands and take me now,
while drifting off to sleep
i hope i have this dream tonight
God may make me his friend as we fly
god, give me these wings
so that i can the first to witness
to report back,
to reassure them that they're not missing so much
this to the people that want to be taken forever
then maybe this day im constantly preparing myself for will be never
so please God please make me your angel this night while i sleep
and just for this sake
so maybe i could help them all from when i wake

    Hey Polly Just so u know ofcourse i didn't take ur poem and changed it up abit i wouldn't do dat and i would love it if no one did dat to me... n dis is the first time i read your poem...but just so u won't think i did imma go now and write it in spanish so u won't think i stold it.     tis ok, thanks, but maybe then u dont get the poem, as it is not about the flow in this particular piece of writting, but i apriciate your opinion none the less
