Hearts Of Sadness

by ŦōüċhÌήğ ỀνĬĽ   Jan 5, 2005

* I had to write this for school, so I just thought I would post it..Its about the people who were living where the Tsunami hit & how they feel..Anyways enjoy:o)*

So Much Hurt & Sorrow
Words Just Can’t Explain
Not Wanting To See Tomorrow
Too Many Tears Of Pain

So Tired, But Cannot Sleep
For The Bodies All Around
Covered By Water, Cold & Deep
So Much Noise, But You Can’t Hear A Sound

People Searching Everywhere
For Ones They Cannot Find
Running, Looking, Crying
Scary Thoughts In Their Mind

The Once Beautiful Beaches
Now Strewn With Painful Thoughts
We Always Will Remember
The Ones That We Have Lost

Staring Into The Endless Water
Hoping Tomorrow Brings A Better Sight
So I Can Close My Eyes
Knowing That Everything Will Be Alright!

    Great poem.
I feel bad for the people of that place, but lately its all they talk about, and i'm just like, please shut up. we know what happened, we're all helping the best we can, just shut up!
i wish the victims the best of luck with their lives and stuff, but ugh, just ugh.
    other than that, great poem!
and thanks for the comment on mine!
