It's a very simple poem. I like the flow of it, but it's very cliche and not something I prefer to read. Sounds more like a love song than a poem - and despite what some may think, there's a fine difference between poetry and song lyrics. You could have done more with the wording (like I said, too simple), so the mood you're trying to create will be more emotional - deeper.
