A letter to a so-called *friend*

You say you’re a friend,
but you’re not.
You say you’re going to call,
but you don’t.
You say you’ll be there for me,
but you stand farther away.
You say you’ll make me laugh when I’m sad,
but you only twist my troubles around and make me mad.
You say you’ll stand up for me when I am pushed down,
but you’re the one pushing me fast to the ground.
You say you’ll give me a tissue when I start to cry,
but you don’t show emotion and simply wave good-bye
You say you’ll be my friend through-out my whole life,
but you reluctantly stay and only cause strife.
You say a lot,
but you’ll never be my friend again.
