Help me God

I stare straight ahead
at the familiar wall
my heart beats faster
my skin begins to crawl
i close my eyes
and look in my head
no feeling inside me
my hands fell like lead
searching my past
for a time i had lost
a time of ignorance
and all it had cost
the time i had put
all my faith into God
a time of loving
safe inside my pod
i trusted him
to help pull me through
but he ignored my prayers
and all i now do
i search my soul
for my faith in him
but my pain is to much
the light is to dim...

    awww, another sad, but very good poem! and i want you to know that He does listen to your prayers, He does hear your cries, I promise He does! The tough things that we go through are only to test our faith and make us stronger.. God will never give you more then you can handle, and when u feel like the load is too heavy, give it up to the Lord, ask Him to take your burdens, and give you peace.. Keep trusting in the Lord, and know that these trials of yours are only for a time.. 5/5 *KISSES*~Corrie
