To Sharon, may you always know I'm here

by Hidden Meaning   Mar 5, 2005

The many days you sat on the other side
Waiting patiently for me to reply
Knowing how i feel and what thoughts were in my head
Every time you stopped me you prevented my death.

As the story unraveled i heard your pain
I wanted to kill the guy who hurt you
Let him know what crimson tears do to a body
Show him the torment he laid upon you.

You reached boiling point and the glass broke
You suddenly lost all your strength
Everything that you once had
Lost in that moment, muffled by gestures he showed

Now our positions have switched
I sit here my eyes glued to the screen
Waiting for something that may never come
A reply that sends tears streaming down my body
The life and crimson i bleed

I'm in a puddle
A messed up child, that sits and waits for a reply
Venerable to the truth innocent ears
But lying in wait
All i can do is talk to you
Listen and hear how you feel
It kills me to think that someone has hurt you
But Hun just remember I'm always here to listen
