Who would of thought that a pencil case could be so dangerous?

by xRachelx   Mar 19, 2005

I open up the black and silver case,
And take the sharpener out.
I unscrew the blade and smile,
For this is what my life's about.

I put the cold hard metal on my arm,
Close against my skin.
I cut until my problems are gone,
And Ive released the pain within.

Next I take the sharp point of the compass,
And use it to make even more.
My arm is now all bloody and red,
Covered with wounds galore.

The pencil will be my next tool,
To deepen the gashes that I just did make.
To banish the inside throb temporarily,
By increasing the outside ache.

And finally the tip of a fountain pen,
So that my body shall be destroyed and die.
My blood poisoned by the ink,
So I can be set free and fly.

Who would of thought,
That a pencil case could be so dangerous?

Yeah its rubbish, I just thought of the idea now and I didn't know how to rite it down very well so yeah say as much bad stuff as you like.

I dont think this is bad at all. I think the last part ruins it a bit though. "Who would have thought that a pencil case could be so dangerous?" It's a bit long for a ending sequence. Very nice poem :)
