Potent Rain & Kiss

by Kaitlin Kristina   Mar 21, 2005

Walk with me
Through the rain
Help it wash away my shame.

Take my hand
Hold it tight
Watch the storm drown the night.

See the moon
Peak past the clouds
Highlighting beauties, hidden in shrouds.

Don’t say a word
Draw me close
Show me you’re with me, not just a ghost.

Kiss my lips
Taste the rain
Seduce me now, ease my pain.

Run your hands
Along my physique
Overtake me, make me weak.

I’m all yours
Do as you wish
My control lessons with potent kiss.

Wrap your arms
Around my waist
Hold tight to where your hands are placed.

Show me I’m loved
Tell me I’m needed
Your every condition, completely heeded.

Your fingertips
Tracing my face
Fallen, entranced, in strong embrace.

See the lightning
Feel the thunder
Make me perform, in all my wonder.

You know I’m yours
I’ll do as you wish
Enveloped, by potent rain and kiss.

Let me know what you think. Thank you, always.

I really liked this poem! It is so well written...enticing! The flow and rythm is flawless and your wonderful descriptions really painted the scene beautifully! Loved this stanza:

Oh very lovely... very strong. I love the rain and kiss description; a very powerful use. This poem is filled with very strong lust; not love, but lust.
You defientely appear to be a talented poet. And this may seen rude and selfish, but if you ever have the time I would be honoured if you checked out a poem by me. You do not have to; I personally hate requests that others give to read their poetry. I just would be honoured.

Back onto the poem- it was a brilliant write. A very nice, strong rhyming, you've made it so it is not forced at all- that's rare in rhymes.
    Well done!
