When Religion Turns Evil(1)

by Hina   Apr 22, 2005

A Religious flag, up high on the pole

A tiny hand that reaches our soul

Is it true that we cannot believe

That God will never call Defeat

A Mindless heart, a heartless mind

How long has it taken, us to find

To know and feel, committed sins

That the devil exists, only within

With thoughts that ponder, a world so divine

Our souls are just like aging wine

The longer it lives, the bitter the taste

The feeling of Purity gone to waste

When healing a soul, becomes a parody

A constant humor, of religious deeds

The strength of weakness, and the weakness of strength

Finds a story, and gives it length

When a holy book, becomes the source of hate

a mountain rises, and destroys a faith

Impossible is love, purity, good deeds

Attainable is Anger, Hatred, Defeat

A strength so pure, with a heart so weak

A faith so empty, that we all must seek

The words of the lord, and find a seat

To watch the devil...

Bow down to gods feet...
