The wind blows so cool (Pantoum)

by Steven Beesley   Jul 23, 2005

The night casts shadows
The wind blows so cool
Barometer falls
Lowering, lowering

The wind blows so cool
The heat is gone
Lowering, lowering
The breeze so strong

The heat is gone
Barometer falls
The breeze so strong
The night casts shadows

Pantoum:
Of French origin. The pantoum is a spiraling verse. The lines are grouped into 4 line stanzas.

The final line of the pantoum must be the same as the first line. A pantoum has any number of quatrains, lines can be any length.

The pantoum says everything twice.
