Her's to keep...

by danie   Aug 3, 2005

I don't know what to think
I'm out of my senses

and down I sink
deprived of life.

The ocean swallows me
gobbling me up

wanting me to see
that I am done with Life.

Down and down I go
slowly falling
forever it feels, but I'm a little slow

the deep dark waters call me.

I am stripped of my body

it is cast away

as my soul starts to swim
and my mind starts to sway.

The music of the water lulls

even those who are agressive quiet

and so do the gulls
they become silent and still...

Not a wing or fin stirs
as She approaches from the deeps

as Her Robe settles as she stands in front of us

we are Her's to keep.
