And as the raindrops fall upon your face, realize they are my tears
When hail showers upon the earth, it is me knocking at your door
Just know that when you're missing me, I'm missing you even more

When lightening strikes, it is me carving your name upon the earth
When you are feeling low on esteem, it is me reminding you what your worth
When you feel the sun shine every morning, it is me kissing you hello
Just know that when you're missing me, I'm missing you more than you'll ever know

When you feel your heartbeat slowly accelerate, it is me holding you in my arms
And when you feel a sudden relief in your heart, it is me rescuing you from any harm
When you run outside, and taste the snow, it is me tasting your tender kiss
