Nightmare

I find myself trapped
somewhere never known
I'm very scared
and so alone.

I look around
nothing to be found
not even shelter
nor a sound.

On the ground I am
looking at the sky
all I see is the moon
and the twinkling stars.

Time ticks by
tears roll down my eyes
trying to find a way
to leave this place.

Suddenly I cant breathe
my heart skips a beat
while my lungs tighten
I wake up from a dream.
