Hypocracy And Broken Hearts

by HOLLYWOODxBANGBANG   Nov 10, 2005

You stabbed me through the heart
and left me there to bleed away
ripped my heart right out of my chest
and hung it on your bedroom wall
the blood drips down through the night
aggravating you in your sleep
slowly decaying, falling apart
veins still pumping like a steady drum beat
the crimson tears trickle down my porcelain face
my cold blue lips quivering at the taste
the moon is shining down on me through the hacked up curtains
the street lights flicker in the dull darkness
as the razor kisses me goodbye
it's one am and the clock is ticking away
time is going by like nothing
the world is spinning as i stand still
i grab a hand gun and walk out the door
just to clear my head it is no more
i go to the still grave yard
find a shovel and drag it behind my limp body
staggering along the frost covered ground
snow flakes falling down upon me
soaking into the open scars along my weakened wrists
my vodka in flavored breath
showing in the dim light that there is
i dig up the hole and pull out the gun
scream one last time as the crimson tears
start to embroider these eyes once again
finger upon the trigger, light starting to peep out from beyond the clouds
i lightly pull the trigger
my body collapses into the grave
in the morning, when the grave watcher comes
you will see me, legs turned opposite
blood encrusted clothes stuck to me
blood splattered along the snowy paths winding behind my lifeless corpse
vodka spilled among the dirt beneath me
snow slowly piling on top of me
drifting the loneliness away
forgetting the memories lost within the time
your dagger did the trick
dug right through my scabbed back
and made me who i am today.
