Who On This Earth Wants Me?

There is a river of sorrow
running deep in my vein
i know there is another tomorrow
yet another day of pain

have i entered an era of depression
is it really me or just my souls aggression
i know you do care for me
but there is another place I would like to be

who on this earth would like to be with someone
one who does not remember how to smile
shattered pieces of so called heart
used to ache, but now it feels so fine

there is a river of memories
pounding inside my brain
you have made me hate myself
you have made me go insane

who on this earth would like to know someone
one who has lost self respect in his own eyes
i know you will love me as long I am alive
i know you will forget me, the day my flesh dies

for me this life is just too mean
sometimes I think I was born in this river
there is so much pain in life I have seen

i still remember those days of my life
my friends used to long for my advice
i used to patch their broken relation
drowning in this river, was far from my imagination

somehow I have started liking this game
fight between me and happiness
but in the end love gets the blame
