Me And My Corpse

by End Of Eternity   Nov 26, 2005

Someone in this mirror sings along with me
though his words has no sound
his sulked face is full of scars
he must be living for long in reality ground

he has something as cross stringing around his neck
his eyes screamed, his voice has been condemned by lord
with his scorched fingers around my lips
he testified for the way he was gored

thousand pictures of brutality behind his eyes
shows the sorrow which he tries to hide
life has been teasing his wounds for so long now
tempting desperation of reaching the other side, no matter how?

he has been mourning with me for so many days
message in his smile, he has found a glorious way

then came one day when i asked him
what is making him smile after that unconvincing pain
heard voice from his tormented soul
i feel so free, six feet under i am living again

for the first time today i saw that weird piece of flesh grin
for the first time I asked myself, if this life a gift or sin

**have you ever imagined to have a conversation with ur own corpse, I did & I can write a book on that too.. :o)**

Wow... only a soul who has nothing left to lose can write something like this. But then, just when you think there cant possibly be anything else to live and die for, life throws you another reason to smile and cry at once, right? Aint this game amazing?

Great piece of art, what else can I say? After commenting so many today, my mind can not come up with anything else to say.

Life is a curse and Death is a gift. We would never learn to treasure life without death and life wouldn't be so satisfying without it. Death offers peace and serenity to those who've lived morally, but I'm not so sure for those who live cruel...anyways...We shouldn't try to give back what we were given so haha so death can wait a little longer.
