SAYING GOODBYE

With my hand on yours i feel a tear run down my cheek,
For i know the time is coming your too weak.
I tried to be brave and i tried to be strong,
I knew the time was coming and knew it wouldn't be long.
I wish for a moment i could take your pain,
just to hear you laugh and see your smile again.
I placed a gentle kiss on your head,
as you lay lifeless in your bed.
I could see you fading fast the time is here,
So i whispered special words in your ear.
Goodbye little one i couldn't forget if i tried.
Your heart stop beating, but mine just died.

    "your too weak" I think you mean "You're too weak"

    Anywho, I thought this was a good poem. And I really liked that last line. Powerfull!!

    Your flow and rhyming were pretty good, And although it wasn't that long, you got straight to the point. Really good job! Keep it up. 5/5
