Follow your heart
To its desire
Let it fall apart
While others admire

With beauty and grace
It will face hard times
So sweet was the taste
But now turned bitter for its crimes

The flower bloomed
And bled out its heart
Now it is doomed
Like it was from the start

Cause beauty will not last
Like others preceive
Don't look at the past
Or you shall be deceived

These eyes can play tricks
When the heart is blind
The shallower clock ticks
As you soon shall find

Because you've lost the race
And have no where to go
No one will embrace
A person they don't know

No one will reach out
When the times get rough
We just sit and pout
Solemnly screaming tough!

Cause the heart has grown cold
To the shallow soul
Now turining to mold
Or some blackened useless coal

Turn to see the light
And the dark side of things
Try with all your might
To hear the angel sing

For they are calling out to you
Hoping to get in
But ultimately your threw
Living your life in sin

Stop and smell the roses
As you walk on by
You never know when time runs out
And your soul could die..
