No more tears will run down this face

For you I will no longer obey,
I will not listen to all you say.

For you lied so much, oh yes indeed,
For you I will no longer bleed.

For you I will no longer cry,
For you I would never die.

For you I will no longer see,
For I will be what I want to be.

I will not do what you say I should,
Because to me you were never good.

I will never again lay down for you,
You have no idea what you put me trough.

I will say things I should have years ago,
I will have the guts to say finally "no".

For you I will no longer bow,
I will leave you right here, right now.

For the pain and sorrow, and every tear,
You I will no longer fear.

I will walk away with pride and grace,
No more tears will run down this face.

    Thanks for the comment on my poem it was for my boyfriend if you haven't noticed and it really means allot to hear that it was good.
    Anyway i really liked this poem it sound as if you speak through you words. when i read this poem i felt sadness but i also felt that you gained courage through that experience
