Woman of deeds

by Mona   Mar 19, 2006

She sows flower seeds
On the desert's dry land
Now I don't understand
How she succeeds

Beautiful flowers are growing
Purple, red and yellow
Her life so easy going
Yet her wisdom needs to mellow

She waters the seeds
With her salty tears
She sings but no one hears
This woman of deeds

She's falling under, and now I wonder...

Is it a woman's duty
To keep the beauty
Behind a closed door
For no one to explore?

Wow, your flow here is excellent, I liked the little break away from the rest of it you have with 'She's falling under, and now I wonder...' because it's different. Nice work :)
