Laying Down Her Life

by ♥•oOo Nikki oOo•♥©   Mar 29, 2006

Laying In a Bed Of Death
Weakly I See Smiles
Washed Down Happiness
As Tears Frustrate Denial

Laying Next To You
I Feel Your Spirit Sleep
As Your Soul Is Tortured
In Silence Do You Weep?

Laying Inside a Casket
The Doctors Call Your Bed
Paralyzed To Sickness
Alive But Yet So Dead

Laying Down With Hurt
Concealed In Medication
Fighting For Your Life
Without Hope's Legislation

Laying Down With Life
Creeping Upon Your Death
Slowly Letting Go
As Sickness Stills Your Breath

Hey gorgeous! First of all, thank you for that touching comment you left for me, you made a wonderful end to a very crappy day. (Does that make any sense, lol.)

Awww sweetie, this poem was sad. What's wrong with your mother that has caused her to be hospitalized for so long? That was a heartfelt dedication to a person who has ovbiously had a powerful impact on your life as all mothers should. I hope things work out with her, it is so hard to loose family. Keep strong hun, for you and for your mother. Huggles!
