Ecstasy

So bored of the mundane
Tired of all the same
Theres always one more job to do
Another link in the chain

Recently I'm thinking
Seen as I'm addicted anyway
...Why don't I just give in
I'm fed up of playing safe

I want to feel blood pouring
Feel lungs burn as I inhale
Find beautiful bones protruding
See you flinch as I exhale

For once break through my limits
Sacrificing sanity
Escape into my darkness
Revel in my vanity

Give into dark desires
Curl up with each nightmare
Be selfish and so careless
I wont even see you there

Murder every burden
Embrace the dark and light
Both find and lose myself at last
Finally, winning the fight.
