Denial.

by Steven Beesley   Mar 31, 2006

Denial:

Let slip your tongue,
for I am now gone.
You know not,
not of the pain
that has penetrated
me through and through.
Like splinters from
a shattered tree
uplifted and running
through an horrific storm.
My mind now travels in
a wilderness of lost
souls that wander
aimlessly in search
of a home.

Sad and painful. Deep and wonderfully written!! Your words are just perfect and describe your emotions clearly.
