The clown

by Jacob Perry   Apr 8, 2006

The dismal fate of all i know
a pain that none should feel
seeds only they could sow
something with which i can not deal

as i search for pity now
i look as all the faces frown
i fall to my knees and finally bow
the defenses fall and i fall down

a fighters heart now ripped to pieces
no ones fault, there is no reason
only hope that it soon ceases
but it will now end this very season

celebrated fools around
as they laugh at the bowing clown
as he falls into the ground
only laughing because hes down...
