What Do You Do When You Feel So Much Pain?
Do You Just Let It Slip Through Your Vains?
And Let Your Whole Life Go Down The Drain?

What Do You Do When Life Aint Fun?
Can You Just Leave It All Behind And Run?
Would You Beable To Face The Sun?
Or Shoot Yourself With A Gun?

What Do You Do When People Think Your Smiling?
While On The Inside Your Truthfully Crying?
And On The Inside You Wish You Were Dieing?
And That You Have So Many Secrets That You've Been Hiding?

What Do You Do When You Cry Yourself To Sleep At Night?
Or How You Cut Youself Because You Cant Win The Fight?
And How You Want To Just End Your Life?

What Do You Do When You See Me Lying On The Floor Dieing?
Would You Just Sit There And Start Crying?
Or Would You Tell Me How Much I Mean To You?
And How Much You Wished You Were There To Save Me From Ending My Life?

What Do You Do When You See Me Motionless On The Floor?
And Nothing But Blood Everywhere?
And In My Hand I Have The Blade In The Right?

What Will You Do Now That I'm Dead?
Will You Have Nightmares While You Sleep In Your Bed?

Now That I'm Dead
All The Troubles Are Gone From My Head
And Now I Will Rest Peacefully In My Bed

No More Pain
No More Blood Running Through My Vains
And All My Life Just Went Down The Drain.....

    And That You Have So Many Secrets That You've Been Hiding?" first of all..I love these lines. second..I hope this poem isn't true! because it's sad and I can relate to some of it and it's horrible to think that you can go thru so much pain. If this is true I hope you get better and it's a great poem.
