Dont give up on me!

There was once a girl,
And giving up was near,
She just couldnt stand it,
Shed had it up to here,

She went to school one day,
And was walking through the halls,
A boy stepped out to talk to her,
But he didnt have the ba**s,

She admired him,
She had for years and years,
Hed been there for her,
Through the laughter and the tears,

She just couldnt tell him,
She didnt have the guts,
She wanted to so badly,
but shed just given up,

Just a few years later,
On graduation night,
He brought his new girlfriend,
And she couldnt stand the sight,

She went home right away,
Mascara running down her cheeks,
She slept right on the couch,
And she cried for weeks and weeks,

One day she just gave up,
She couldnt take it anymore,
She got into her car,
And bought a razor from the store,

Then she went straight home,
And wrote a single note,
She left it on the counter,
And this is what she wrote:

"There was once a girl,
And the end was near,
She just couldnt take it,
She had it up to here"

She took out the sharp razor,
and began to cut real slow,
She didnt pay attention,
To the closest window,

As soon as the boy saw her,
He just couldnt leave,
Then the words escaped him,
"Dont give up on me!"

But it was way too late,
He went inside where she was lying,
He saw that it was fate,
He saw that she was dying,

He wrapped his arms around her,
And took out the sharpest charms,
He dug deep into his skin,
And died with love wrapped in his arms..
