Pain

Tears are flowing like a river,
The pain shouldn't last forever.
But nothing will ever heal this pain,
It's just too hard to tame.
Taking a knife would feel so good,
Slicing faster that I thought I could.
Blood dripping onto the clean floor,
And it's heading towards the front door.
Slowly I feel my arm going numb,
Knowing my death is soon to come.
Now I'm falling to the ground,
Amazingly not making a sound.
My body is slowly growing cold,
I won't know what it's like to be old.
It's weird how pain can make you feel,
But now I've broken the seal.
The seal leading to the rest of my life,
I'll never get to become someone's wife.
This is where my pain has taken me,
It's taken me from what I wanted to be.

**This was written to get out my pain and anger once and for all. Please don't worry about me. I just needed to wrtie something down before I went insane.

    Very nice poem, a true portryal of emotions and feelings straight from heart, nicely written as well.

    I would personally split it into 2 stanza's between 'Knowing my death is soon to come.' and 'Now I'm falling to the ground,' however it's not something thats majorly needing seeing to.

    Very well done, another 5/5 :)

    Very sad poem with sheer mournful feelings clearly expressed. I just just have one suggestion to you, just keep the poem well structured in a good stanza form. :)

    Just like you I am trying very hard to keep it together I just have a few dark moments here and there. Hey I finally took her pic off my screen thats helped alot. I wish you would write more love your writing.
