Reality

by *Sweet as your worst nightmare*   Jul 29, 2006

He screams with anger in the night
Uncontrollable anger flowing from him
Regretting every sin, pain, and every hope.
Why he wonders why
Raindrops patter like angry yelling
Nothing seems real
All the feeling drains as he learns the truth
Lonlieness sets in
Toward the heavens he reaches
To touch the face of love.

I really love that last line in my opinion this poem deserves no less than a 5

Guess the gremlins are at work as this is not a 2 poem.
The lack of length was more than compensated by the emotion in this. The vocab was sad yet beautiful especially the lines

    Toward the heavens he reaches
To touch the face of love.

    Great job.
