Always leaving

by *Sweet as your worst nightmare*   Jul 30, 2006

The blade grows nearer
The pain goes farther
Longing to run,
To hide
To seek what is mine.

Finding nothing,
Nothing real...
Nothing true

My mind loses control
The thoughts run deeper
Just trying to find the meaning
Of this life

Is it one big joke?
One sick lie?
He's always leaving,
Wondering why i cry.

Days turn to weeks,
Weeks turn to months...
And months to years.
The time flys by

I'm on the sidelines,
Watching my life go by.

I never learn the truth
Behind his goodbye,
The broken promises,
The untold lies.

Never wondering
Always leaving
Goodbye...

I like your style of the simple expression of your profound dark feelings
