Without Notice.

-Without Notice.-

The clouds are rolling in - - in the sky above,
While she sits alone with a glass of wine,
Swallowing her pride, drunk on your love,
Choking, as the midnight bells chime.

With tears coating her eyes of green,
The foggy mirror distorts the bump,
A steamy bath taking her to an old scene,
Her breathing shattered, blocked by a lump.

The water steams around her knees,
Breathing in deep, she softly sighs,
Lowering herself as the water does tease,
Softly lapping around her neck, she cries.

As dawn fades in, the day goes on,
In the bath tub, her body lay cold,
A desperate mother to be; forever gone,
Along with her baby, only twelve weeks old.
