A Ride Alone

by *Charisma*   Nov 4, 2006

Somewhere down this lonely road I travel
Where there's room for two, but stands just one
I hope a young man will join my journey
And together this raging battle can be won

Inside of me, I love my youthful freedom
The will to do whatever I like, no matter what
But I desire someone to be here with me
To stand by my side and lift me higher up

It's fun to spend days and nights spent on anything
But it's even better with a companion by your side
Still there are many single moons ahead of me
Before there's room for another seat on this ride

So now I listen to the advice of the older and wise
To enjoy the pleasures of being on my own
I can do as I please because I am just me
But I look forward to being fully grown

(it's diff. from my other stuff. I know)
