Lies Ripped Away The Seams
Unlocking His Blatant Charm
I Know What Heartache Means

Lucid Skies Hang Low
Upon My Shameful Smile
I Use To Be a Woman
With Him I'm Just a Child

Throwing My Dreams Away
On Bedded Thorns I Tend To Sleep
The Nails He Put In My Heart
He Said That I Could Keep

Scampering Through My Mind
Are Thoughts Of You With Her
Caging The Identity
That Lies Are What We Were

Like a Million Butterflies
I Let You Slip Away
Naively I had My Hopes
That You\'d Be Back Someday

But You Say Your Moving On
And I Will Too You Figure
As I Kiss My Hollow Heart
I Quaintly Pull The Trigger

    WOW! Nikki this was amazing. I usually put a line that i especially liked from the poem, but I really couldnt decide for this one! This was so powerful and meaningful, and something I'm sure that pretty much everyone can relate you. This was extremely well writting, you really have talent.
