I hold the bottle

by Espoirfailed   Jan 15, 2007

I hold the bottle
It invites me in
I take a sip
At the liquid within.

I don't like this life anymore
You've seen a bit, you've seen it all
I take a swig like before,
I wait for the poison to make me fall.

I swallow the pills
I grab my razor,
I watch the blood that spills.
A sweet sickly flavour.

I'm not taking any chances
This time I'm going to die.
No afterlife, no second glances
My veins are far too empty to cry.

No one will know I'm missing
No one will know I'm gone
And the girl that's slowly slipping
Wasn't known to anyone.
