When the time is right
I'll tell you how I feel
I whispered these words
So I didn't forget the deal

The deal between my heart
And the laws within my head
Knowing then I couldn't say
What should have long been said

There was a time those words
Could have been spoken
But I was too young then
And youth can't be broken

Now, I'm finally old enough
To share this heart of mine
But you've found another
In that little gap of time

When the time is right
....I know it will never be
The time is just to haunt
The fact you're not with me
