A song and a poem
a kiss and a rose
love from inside the heart
is where it starts to grow

thorns break the skin
words never heal
kisses ease the pain
and hide how you feel

the words always said
but never really meant
just letters from the mouth
like an envelope their sent

but so pretty that you are
and caring all the same
a chill everytime
i decide to say your name

hands held side by side
a feeling that of care
now day after day
we'll have memories to share

    One thing, capitolize your i's. I think there was like one, maybe to you had there that weren't. Secondly, It's very common to actually capitolize the first letter of ever line, it's just what people do. if that's not your style, dont worry about it. just a suggestion. overall, a sweet poem though. beautiful. 5/5.
